Public Notification: HWWS Main Office Rehabilitation Continued
Dear Valued Customer,
This notice is to make you aware that the Harlingen Waterworks System (HWWS) contractor performing the rehabilitation of the Main Office located at 121 E. Harrison Ave., will begin construction activities along the east wall of the building starting today, July 9, 2025.
The main access door on the south side of the building will remain open, however the sidewalks and parking lanes on the north and east sides of the building will be closed until the rehabilitation activities on those sides of the building are completed. HWWS’s contractor will be fencing off the construction areas around the building to ensure the safety of staff, tenants, and customers.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that our building rehabilitation will cause, and we will continue to provide updates, as we work through this project.

Este aviso le informa que el contratista de Harlingen Waterworks System (HWWS), a cargo de la rehabilitación de la oficina principal ubicada en 121 E. Harrison Ave., comenzará las obras de construcción en el muro este del edificio a partir de hoy, 9 de julio de 2025.
La puerta de acceso principal en el lado sur del edificio permanecerá abierta; sin embargo, las aceras y los carriles de estacionamiento en los lados norte y este permanecerán cerrados hasta que finalicen las obras de rehabilitación en esos lados. El contratista de HWWS cercará las áreas de construcción alrededor del edificio para garantizar la seguridad del personal, los inquilinos y los clientes.
