1. TERMS.
At the customer's request Harlingen WaterWorks System (HWWS) will forward water bills by electronic mail in portable document format (PDF) to the customer's
designated e-mail address, Customers requesting service will receive an electronic bill in PDF format without having to access their individual accounts and will continue
to receive e-mail billing (e-bill notifications when their water bills are available
After establishment of service, e-mail address changes will be reflected on all customer-associated accounts unless otherwise requested. HWWS reserves the right to
limit the number of e-mail address changes which may be made within a designated time period, and may change other terms and conditions of the PDF billing service
with or without notice.
2 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By acknowledgment below, customer requests delivery of their electronic bill in portable document format (PDF) for water services provided to the account numbers
listed above. Upon the establishment of the PDF billing service, paper copies of bill for these accounts will sither no longer be mailed or be mailed along with a PDF bill
depending on the option chosen below.
