Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for the 2025–2026 Fiscal Year is the week of August 11 – August 15, 2025, and we want to make sure you’re well-prepared to make the best benefit decisions for you and your family.

This year, an active election is required due to a change in our medical provider. We are pleased to welcome Blue Cross Blue Shield, which will offer you the choice between an HMO or PPO plan.

To ensure your benefits are properly selected, all employees must meet with an enroller. Enrollers will be available August 11^th – 15^th, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Casa de Amistad. Please plan to visit during this timeframe to make your elections and update any medical or carrier plan information as needed. Supervisors – please communicate with your team to ensure everyone meets with an enroller.

  Important Note:

Friday, August 15th will be the final day of Open Enrollment and will also feature the annual Health Fair.
