Note: A ‘residential unit’ would include any type of residence of a non-transient nature where a resident would normally consider establishing a mailing address. This definition would exclude transient residential units where the duration of stay would be too short for a resident to consider establishing that residence as a mailing address. Hospitals and hotels would not be considered to have residential units, but spaces in an RV park might depend on the duration of stay.
