HWWS partners with Community Action Corporation of South Texas (CASOST) to administer assistance from a federal program that helps eligible customers avoid disconnection for non-payment.

Together with HWWS, CACOST has helped hundreds of our customers receive assistance totaling more than $100,000 since our partnership began in 2022.
