REMOTE PAYMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS
For customer and employee safety, we ask all customers to consider our remote payment and customer service options listed below. For assistance with any option, or to discuss setting up a new account, please call customer service at 430-6100, Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Autopay – send us a completed Credit/Debit Authorization Form to sign up for automatic bank draft.
Bill Pay – sign up for automatic payment through your bank or financial institution. Contact your bank for details and availability.
Online – create an online account and follow the instructions here to pay by credit or debit card.
Phone – dial our main number 430-6100 and press Option 1 to pay by credit or debit card using our automated system.
Drop Box – enclose a check or money order and your payment stub in an envelope and place it in our drop box (drive through Lane 1) anytime 24/7.
Drive Through – use our two attended lanes (Lanes 2 and 3) Monday-Friday 7:30 am through 5:30 pm (any payment type).
U.S. Mail – enclose a check or money order with your payment stub and mail to PO Box 1950, Harlingen TX 78551.
Remote Account Management – update account information, request payment extension, and reconnect or disconnect service
Online – use our website by clicking here to create an online account.
Email – send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your account name, service address, and account number.
Phone – call our representatives at 430-6100, Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
U.S. Mail or Drive Through Drop Box – enclose a description of your request in an envelope with your account name, service address, and account number.
